About the Event: Join Epic Experience for an afternoon of Pilates in Wall Township, New Jersey. This class will be led by Epic camp alum Heather Finlay aka Birdie and designed to bring together survivors, thrivers, and caregivers in the cancer community for a day of movement and connection.

We’ll meet at Club Pilates, a Reformer Pilates Studio in Wall Township, NJ. Whether you have experience in Pilates or are a first-timer, this event is for everyone and promises a rewarding experience for all skill levels.

Capacity is 12 guests and will be first come, first serve based on time of registration. Once spots are filled, additional registrants will be added to the waiting list.

What to Expect:

  • A guided 45 minute-long Pilates class followed by
  • opportunities to connect with fellow participants and share stories
  • Snacks and refreshments post class
Gear: 
  • Please wear gym clothes without metal hardware
  • Grip socks are mandatory (can be purchased at the studio if forgotten)
Other: 
  • This event is for adults only (age 18+).
  • If you are attending with a caregiver or other survivor, please fill out a separate registration for each person.
  • If you or anyone in your household is feeling ill prior to the event, please inform us and do not attend to ensure the best health of our community
